Our integrated shipping fleet is supported by our own shipyard, the Galangan Mercusuar (GM),
a ship building and repair facility based in Batam Island, Indonesia.
Occupying 23 hectares of land area with 700 meters of shoreline and supported by modern
facilities and machineries, coupled with a skilled and talented workforce, GM is fully equipped
to build and repair various types of vessels, which includes Flat Top Barge, Tug Boat, LCT,
Hopper Barge, Dredging Barge and Oil Barge.
GM has served national and multinational companies with reliable vessels and consistently
performed to high standards of excellence in building various types of vessels.
Currently, GM has the capacity to build over 50 sets of 8,000 DWT barges annually,
which can only be achieved by the combination of our facilities, dedicated labors and
established management systems.
Our shipbuilding standards complies with BKI (Biro Klasifikasi Indonesia) and
International Class Standards, including GL Class, ABS Class, and BV class.
